Best. Caucus. Ever.

Actually, at my caucus location, things were pretty hectic. But it was a great experience none the less, and literally a hundred or so new Democrats were registered to vote at my precinct alone (that voter-registrar training we did last year helped again!). Some of the new voters were high school students, other former Republicans re-registering to join our party.

As the line continued to grow, at Monroe Middle School, it became clear the cafeteria wasn’t going hold us all. Then, slowly, caucus officials realized the gym wouldn’t hold everybody either. There was literally not a singe place in the building we could all go, so the caucus was moved outside.

It’s a great day for the Nebraska Democratic Party, and I hope everybody had a great time caucusing this morning. Post caucus related photos & comments here, this is an open thread.

In ld 10 we ended up caucusing outside as well. This is a great Day to be a Democrat! IF this is what to expect during the general it will truly be a great day for our Nation!
