It’s been amazing to watch our little blog grow from a mere locality to make fun of the Gateway, to a venue where people from across the region come to discuss the current political climate in which we are all immersed. As great as it is, I think that our celebration is overlooking a very important player. That, of course, is “chief” our own ruler of the blog.

If you are a frequent visitor to this blog, than you have accepted ‘chief’ into your lives on almost a daily basis. He inspires us all to challenge the way the media reports the stories of the day, and to question those making the decisions that affect our daily lives. It’s not easy being chief.

Before we move past this historic event, let us all sit back and realize who makes this day possible. Chief is the blogger of stories, the editor of photos, and the enforcer of spam control (that’s right Sprint, chief is on to you…). Thank you chief for a great year, and keep those posts coming!
