Getting a copy from my college was turning into a major hassle. I ended up getting a copy from a company like you show. Of course I never went to college, but my roommate does and it seems like his schoolwork is a bunch of bogus red tape. Most people just need to read a few books, the Wikipedia, and keep up with a topic that they are interested in and they will do well. Degrees are no golden ticket.
