Is this a coincidence or is this plagiarism? Judge for yourself…
In the February 25, 2005 issue of the UNO Gateway, a news story contained the following title:
“UNO’s new lactation station an innovation for celebration”
On February 22, 2005, I posted a blog entry with the following title:
“A Lactation Station Celebration”
You know what they say, “imitation is the sincerest form of flattery”.
You know, I always did like that post
It is just so catchy, how could you resist ripping it off.
I’m pretty sure the editor reads our blog on a regular basis. Don’t worry - she’s cool. Maybe she was just hard up for a catchy title and found some good inspiration!
If the editor is a loyal reader (and cool), we need her to write an article about our blog in the UNO Gateway. Hannah, maybe you can talk to her and see if she would do this.
We love any publicity (especially free publicity).
I agree with daniel, I mean Lactation Station, its way to fun to resist ripping off the title.
Crystal did NOT steal that headline from you guys. I know for a fact is was a coincidence.

In fact, I took the headline from the title of a poem that a professor wrote for the lactation station opening.
Sorry I didn’t see this earlier to clear that up!
