The UNO College Democrats have started a new craze on campus, blogging. After introducing our blog in November, we finally have a new blog on campus, The UNO Band Blog.

P.S. Actually, I’m not sure if we were the first blog on campus but until evidence prooves otherwise, we will take the credit. You know what they say, “imitation is the sincerest form of flattery”. Well, Marching Mavericks, we are very flattered and welcome to the blogosphere.

Since some of them are music majors, I am positive that some of the band members have to be liberal minded. I wonder if any of them refused to go? I wouldnt want to support any event that supported president bush, especially since he is spending $40 mil on this event, when that money could be going to something that helps people, oh the hypocrisy!

Wow, I never looked at the picture very closely. That guy does look like me. Maybe I should post a digitally altered photo so my face replaces his in the band picture.
