Voter suppression in Omaha

Take a few minutes and read the two articles below. This two-part series was written by Christopher Tiwald (a student at the University of Nebraska - Lincoln) and published by the Daily Nebraskan (the student newspaper of UNL).

Part 1 of the series is about national voter suppression, and in Part 2, Tiwald desribes some of the voter suppression he witnessed at polling places in Omaha.

Also, why didn’t the reporters at the Omaha World-Herald or Lincoln Journal Star do their jobs on election day? I would ask the same thing about the UNO Gateway, but we already know the UNO Gateway doesn’t do any investigative journalism.
